I am the second owner of a Maynard built home in Tuscany and have been extremely pleased with the quality of the home. I called Josh with a question related to the home (which involved something unrelated to their work) but he was still extremely helpful and attentive. I would not hesitate to build with them. Highly recommend!

I have heard nothing but great things from this home Builder. I own a swimming pool company and we install swimming pools. We have worked with Josh Maynard in his company on a few projects. They do a great job from what we can tell and if you're looking to build a home I would highly recommend their company.
